TO DIE
· 1/4 cup oil
· 1 bunch of cilantro, washed
· 1 cup unsalted peanuts or almonds
· 3 cloves garlic
· 1/4 cup soy sauce
· 2 TBS rice vinegar
· 1/4 cup agave nectar (or more, if needed) or 1/3 cup sugar
· 1 TBS lemon juice
· Little chili or a few drops of chili sauce.
Put all ingredients in food processor and blend until desired consistency.
